We use EMS to ship all items. It is very quick and will come to your door via the national post carrier.

All our items are automatically sent with shipping insurance included.

You can expect your package to arrive within 7 days.

Customers from Italy, The Netherlands and those not included in Asia, North America and other parts of the EU must contact us for further shipping information.

RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES POLICY

By shopping at www.BAPE.in you agree to the returns policy of the website. Generally items are returned based on a per case basis if requested within 7 days of receipt of the item.

Please note that items for exchange or return are handled on a per case basis, we will return, exchange, and credit damaged goods but are otherwise against returns.

EXCHANGES

We offer our customers free shipping on all items considering you decide to keep them. If you return an item you are responsible for shipping it back (considering it is not damaged) and are responsible for the shipping fee we paid to ship the item to you. This will deduct $25 from your refund.

Buyers are highly advised to return items with full order information, with tracking, and with insurance. Please know you must always contact us first before returning an item.

RETURNS FOR MONEY BACK

As mentioned before, we will accept returns on a per case basis but if there is no reason other than you dont like the item or it doesnt fit because you ordered the wrong size then we must charge a $35 restocking fee.

PAYMENT POLICY

We accept all major credit cards which are handled by the bank through a secure SSL server. We do not record or have access to your credit card information.
